Bumper Harvest For North Korea

North Korea will appeal for Russian humanitarian aid and (medicine).  Russia will be key to North Korea and its link to the US.  There will be a bumper harvest year on staple foods (corn and wheat).  South Korea will be allowed to import goods.  A high ranking official in government is a believer and slowly influencing the president. North Korea’s leader is softening.
