US/China: Three Major Trade Deals

There will be three major trade deals with the US and China: manufacturing, electronics and energy.

There will be an agreement between the world and China concerning the South China Sea.  Current borders will be recognized and upheld. Internal rumblings will focus China on national issues. China will be dealing with health issues again within its territories and military skirmishes to the south and south west.
